Dan Lanning Opens Up About Ohio State Loss & Oregon's CFP Goals + Nico Iamaleava UCLA Rumor Reaction

Tue, 15 Apr 2025

Recorded: April 9th, 2025

This week, Will Compton and Taylor Lewan travel to Eugene, Oregon, to sit down with Dan Lanning. The Oregon Ducks head coach invited The Boys on campus for an all-time look inside his program and delivered an absolutely epic interview.

Will and Taylor start the pod off with an intro reacting to Michael Chandler’s loss to Paddy “The Baddy” Pimblett at UFC 314, Rory McIlroy’s victory at The Masters, and Nico Iamaleava transferring from Tennessee. Then we kick it over to Dan Lanning.

Coach Lanning talks about everything—from bringing elite talent to Eugene and building a winning culture with NIL, to his mindset heading into the Ohio State game, and the Ducks’ College Football Playoff preparation.

He dives into his coaching journey, how he teaches players to manage money, and even shares his biggest personal splurge (spoiler: it’s got four wheels). The Boys touch on trash talk, freshmen joining Oregon’s roster mid-year, and what it’s like competing in the Big Ten. Dan opens up about balancing football with family life, his favorite movies and games, and who he’d spend a day with outside of football.

Plus, he reveals whether the NFL is in his future and throws down on some iconic Bussin’ segments like Bet The Bus and Ro Spicy. One of the most well-rounded, insightful, and straight-up fun convos we’ve had with a head coach—don’t miss it.

Make sure to like, subscribe, and—as always—BIG HUGS and TEENY TINY KISSES!

Mark Normand Tells All; Theo Von Friendship & Kill Tony Moments + The Masters & UFC 314 Predictions

Tue, 08 Apr 2025

Recorded: April 4th, 2025

On this week's Episode of Bussin' With The Boys, Will Compton and Taylor Lewan have stand-up comedian Mark Normand on the bus!

Will and Taylor break down their preview of their favorites for The Masters and whether or not Michael Chandler can take down Paddy “The Baddy” Pimblett at UFC 314. Then they kick things off with a full weekend recap—Will has fully adopted Ashton Hall's morning routine, and Taylor’s been on his handy man era, fixing a flood in his basement during a huge storm in Nashville.

Certified legend and comedian Mark Normand joins the pod and immediately brings the heat. We’re talkin’ growing up in New Orleans, and one WILD night with a prostitute on Bourbon Street. The convo hits everything—hecklers, getting starstruck in the comedy world, slingin’ whiskey with Sam Morril, and Mark's bromance with Theo Von. The boys even break down his big comedy break, Kill Tony appearances, and what it’s like being married to another comic. (and having a baby boy with her as well!) Oh, and Mark’s a low-key UFC diehard, so you know we had to hit that too.

You can catch all the Boy's new merch at BWTB.com!

Big hugs, tiny kisses.

Luke Kuechly Opens Up About Why He Walked Away & His Football Obsession + NFL Votes To Ban Tush Push

Tue, 01 Apr 2025

Recorded: March 31, 2025

On this episode of Bussin’ With The Boys, Will Compton and Taylor Lewan sit down with Luke Kuechly—NFL legend, Carolina Panthers icon, and one of the greatest linebackers to ever play the game. Known for his elite football IQ and instinctual play, Luke opens up about his early retirement from the NFL due to multiple concussions, giving raw and honest insight into the toll the game can take. As well as his time playing with superstars Cam Newton, and Christian McCaffrey.

Before the interview with Luke, Will and Taylor react to the news from the NFL owners meetings that they will vote on a potential ban of the Tush Push, popularized by the Philadelphia Eagles en route to their Super Bowl victory over the Kansas City Chiefs last season.

The conversation starts with Luke’s early love for football and the moment he knew the sport was his calling. He shares why he chose Boston College, what made it feel like the right fit, and what it was like training at IMG Academy alongside top-tier talent leading up to the NFL Draft. Luke gives a behind-the-scenes look at his NFL Combine experience and the emotions surrounding his draft day with the Carolina Panthers.

From rookie-year adjustments and getting "Mossed" by Julio Jones to a hilarious story about not owning a TV, Luke keeps it real with the boys. He reflects on the veteran linebackers who mentored him and how they shaped his mental and physical approach to the game. Luke and Will also break down some of his most iconic plays in the NFL, offering a deep dive into how he could seemingly read quarterbacks' minds and always be one step ahead.

Big hugs and some tiny lil kisses!
